We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and TIF. Native PDF is preferred — 300 DPI, CMYK color, with 0.125 in bleed on each side and 0.125 in safe-margin from trim. If you’re not sure, just upload what you have and our design team will flag issues before production.
Yes. We run an automated file check on every order, and you can request a digital proof by selecting the “Send me a proof” option at checkout. Production doesn’t start until you approve the proof.
Most products support custom dimensions — use the Width/Height fields in the configurator. For very large or non-standard sizes, request a quote from the product page and we’ll come back within one business day.
We make it right. If anything is off — wrong color, wrong size, damaged shipping, missed a spec — message us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint at no charge. We don’t do partial refunds; we just fix the print.
