What’s included in free shipping

• Banners, signs, and all wide-format print
• Business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, envelopes, letterheads
• Posters, wall art, adhesive vinyls and decals
• Banner stands, retractables, tents, table covers, and trade-show displays

What’s not included

Promotional products (pens, mugs, apparel, drinkware, branded swag, etc.) ship from a separate supplier network. Shipping for those is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — they are not part of the free-shipping promise.

Where we ship

Online checkout is available in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders are produced in U.S. facilities and shipped from the nearest production site to your delivery address.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, but rates vary significantly by product and destination — large-format and display items in particular can carry substantial freight charges. For those addresses, contact us for a shipping quote and we’ll come back with an exact rate before you order.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Oversized items

Most orders ship via ground parcel. Very large or heavy items (full-pallet quantities, 20ft displays, multi-unit tent orders) may require LTL freight. If that applies to your order, we’ll reach out to confirm the freight rate before production starts.

Production & transit times

Free shipping is ground service. Production turnaround is separate from transit time — see our Turnaround page for current production windows. Rush production and expedited shipping are available at checkout.
