Additional Tips

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Common questions

How fast do you ship?

Production runs in 2–4 business days for most print products. Add Rush at checkout to drop production to 2 BD or Next-Business-Day. Ground shipping from our US warehouse takes 1–5 business days depending on destination.

What file format should I upload?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and TIF. Native PDF is preferred — 300 DPI, CMYK color, with 0.125 in bleed on each side and 0.125 in safe-margin from trim. If you’re not sure, just upload what you have and our design team will flag issues before production.

Do you proof my artwork before printing?

Yes. We run an automated file check on every order and a free human design proof if you check the “Send me a proof” option at checkout. Production doesn’t start until you approve the proof.

Can I order a custom size?

Most products support custom dimensions — use the Width/Height fields in the configurator. For very large or non-standard sizes, request a quote from the product page and we’ll come back within one business day.

What if my order arrives damaged or printed wrong?

We make it right. If anything is off — wrong color, wrong size, damaged shipping, missed a spec — message us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint at no charge. We don’t do partial refunds; we just fix the print.

Do you ship internationally?

Most print and signage products ship US-only. Some promo/apparel SKUs can ship to Canada — you’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available. Contact us for custom international quotes.
